Items are dispatched daily Monday to Friday.
All items purchased before 13:00 are dispatched the same day and are delivered within 72 hours, although a fast track postage option is also available upon checkout and at an additional cost.
Items purchased after 13:00 on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Free delivery to UK mainland (zone 1) only. For zones 2 and 3 on the map below and for overseas, postage is subject to a charge... please contact us for a quote.
A tracking number is provided with every consignment.
For large items that require palletized delivery such as engines, gear box's and body panels are shipped with GPT Logistics Ltd. These items will be delivered within 48 hours and should be signed for. Failed delivery due to nobody there to sign will mean that the buyer must collect the pallet from the courier depot or incur a redelivery charge.
Collections
Items can be collected 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday and 10:00-15:00 on Saturdays from our site in Baxenden, Accrington, BB5 2RT
Damages
All items must be checked on delivery whenever possible and any damage must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver.
All deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 48 hours.
Any damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced wherever possible.
If we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued once we have received the damaged item back and checked our security marks.
Any postage costs will be refunded to the buyer.
Please note that we cannot refund any labour costs or other damage caused by the use of our items.
